Needle felted Designs
Ooak Needle Felted Sphynx
Hello everyone! This is something a little different from me, other than breeding the
Sphynx cat I started Needle Felting Caricatures of the Sphynx breed. All of my
Sphynx, 2D and 3D are made using corridale or merino wool, mohair or a combination of
all three. Some of the sphynx have a wired armature, depending on their pose. They are
One of a Kind (Ooak) originals that may not be duplicated. Because of the nature of
the art of needle felting, no two Sphynx are always alike. This makes them very unique.
This OOAK Sphynx will come with a certificate, the year made, and signed by me, the
artist, certifying authenticity. I own copyrights to all my art. These are NOT TOYS!
They are made and meant to only be displayed as collectors items.
What is Needle Felting?
Needle felting is a process of using a needle made of a thin piece of hardened steel that
is very sharp and also has tiny barbs to form designs, two- dimensional, or
three-dimensional shapes using various types of wool or mohair roving etc. This is an art
which requires time, love and patience. I find it to be very relaxing! See some pictures
